  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  4. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. After approval, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will send you instructions for exchanging your product.
