  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and any accessories or documentation.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In cases where items were damaged upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@luxedazzles.com to initiate the exchange process.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
